Living Frugal and still being fabulous is an art!
Sometimes it requires you to think differently, to be inspired.
I hope that this inspires you to have a
FUN get together with your friends!

It's NOT a party if there isn't balloons!
These multi colored beauties are tied with twine to jazz up these posts.
The same twine was used to create a line for these doily hearts & damask hearts.
Held up with heart embellished clothespins.
The Main Table
These Mama Favors had Valentine colored M&Ms and strips of older Valentine paper with a Valentine message inside.
The clip art was from Living Locurto.
The sides of the jars were decorated with left over fabric.
The jars are baby food jars re purposed.
These bags have a damask and bird embelishment from HERE.
They are lunch sacks folded over at the top and heart punched.
The handles are the same twine used to hang the decorations.
Donations for a family in need.
A special "thank you" to Starbucks on 214th and 410 for providing the hot chocolate and coffee for our Hug in a Mug bar.
We added coffee syrups for favor and heart shaped marshmellows for FUN!
We scattered 80 hearts filled with Hershey Kisses and Kids' Favor bags around the park.
The Heart Hunt was inspired by the Easter Egg Hunt.
The Kids' Favor bags were cellophane bags that included a pencil, candy, and a toy such as a maze or a necklace.
I purchased them for uber Clearance last year!
This photo frame was created with cardboard wrapped in damask fabric remnants!
It brought joy to everyone at the party who got to take a photo with their little Valentine's!
Me with my little Valentine, Jackson.
And with my little Valentine Calum.
Both boys are wearing t shirts that Cheri made!
~Take Home Tips~
Repurpose items that you already have! You don't have to run to the store to buy NEW with each project. Cheri had damask fabric so she used it instead of feeling locked into reds and pinks.
Stock up on items when they are on Clearance for the following year.
Evaluate the inventory of seemingly random items you have, such as baby food jars, and let that inspire your projects.
We hope you had a very Happy Valentine's Day!
