How to Eat Healthy on a Budget

There is a cliche that if you use coupons than you must eat poorly.  By poorly, I mean processed food.  I find that it is becoming increasingly easier to find coupons for whole food {real food}, gluten free food items, and dairy free food items.  Just this week in the Smart Source coupon insert in the Sunday paper, there was a coupon for Almond Breeze, my favorite milk substitute!

Another way that I save our family a LOT of money without compromising on quality is by purchasing my produce from Full Circle Farm.

Full Circle Farm delivers local organic produce to most homes and has a pick up option.

I was first introduced to Full Circle Farm a few months ago when they ran a Groupon for 1/2 off.  I was hooked after that! I have since had them deliver about 8 times.

The quality is impeccable!  Just like what you would select for yourself if given the chance.
"What if it isn't?"
If something comes blemished or not within your standard you simply call and they credit your account.

My family of 4: 2 adults & 2 toddlers finds the Standard size option Every other Week ideal.

I cook with the veggies every night for dinner and we include the fruit in our breakfast and lunch and I can't imagine having more produce to work with.

For the Standard, bi monthly delivery it is $35/delivery or $70/month or ONLY $17.50/week.  The by meal price breakdown is even more fabulous!

I did two comparative analysis of Full Circle Farm's prices and I have to tell you I was SHOCKED!  First, I compared Full Circle Farm to Safeway.com.  You can read my findings HERE.
Second, I compared Full Circle Farm's prices to Fred Meyer {where I do most of my shopping}.  It was the SAME price to have Full Circle Farm deliver my produce to my door as it was for me to go to Fred Meyer and select it myself.  There were only about 4/15 items available at Fred Meyer too.  You can't go wrong with Full Circle's variety!
