Full Circle Farm Organic Produce Delivery vs Safeway's Home Delivery

At www.safeway.com I shopped for the same items that I came in my box today.  I tried to show you my cart view but the graphic didn't work with my blog.  Safeway did not have nearly the variety of produce that I received in my Full Circle Farms delivery today!  (see list below)

Another interesting point to note is that Safeway.com did not have organic items for delivery.  For roughly the same items, non organic, it would cost $27.13.  Tack on the delivery fee, that starts at $6.95  (given their first delivery is free), and you are getting a lesser quality product for the same price as Full Circle Farms!

I would also like to note that all of the Full Circle Farms items are from around the state of WA!  This helps lower our carbon footprint compared to buying items that have been shipped all over the country and world.

For $35 biweekly, this what arrived on my doorstep today:

Red Leaf Lettuce, Organic - 1 each
Full Circle Farm, Carnation, Washington. \

Green Beans, Organic - 0.75 each
Full Circle Farm, Carnation, Washington.

Baby Bok Choy, Organic - 1 each
Full Circle Farm, Carnation, Washington.

Red Potatoes, Organic - 1.5 pounds
Washington Growers, Washington.

Arugula (Greens), Organic - 1 bunch
Full Circle Farm, Carnation, Washington.

Bi-Color Sweet Corn, Organic - 2 each
Farmer's Own Organics, Seattle, Washington.

Delicata Squash, Organic - 1 each
Washington Growers, Washington.

Cucumbers, Organic - 1 each
Washington Growers, Washington.

Amber Jewel Plums - 4 each
Washington Growers, Washington.

Nectarines, Organic - 3 each
Stemilt, Wenatchee, Washington.

Yellow Peaches, Organic - 3 each
Stemilt, Wenatchee, Washington.

Gala Apples, Organic - 4 each
Earth Conscious Organics, Brewster, Washington.

I had to prove it to myself that I was making a good choice (both healthy choices and budget conscious choices) by ordering from Full Circle Farms.  I rest my case!  If you are interested in signing up for delivery with Full Circle Farms click to www.fullcirclefarm.com and tell them that Tiffany Dirks sent you!
